Box construction II
So, the epoxy never cured on the first box attempt. And the box looked lame. So I started over with new 3/8" Baltic birch ply.
I also made some rails to hold the lid up... made from mahogany bits left over from the galley destruction.
Here is the trial fitting...

And then building the box around that. Looking good!
