Painting port cabin side
So, after all the sanding and such, the reward it getting to paint the wood. Not only does the paint look good because it is a fresh coat, but it is the proper beige color, and further replaces the nasty yellow-ish the topsides are now.
Here is the progress after the first coat, not too encouraging. Still really patchy.
But the second one looks better. This first shot is not the most flattering for the fairness, but I wanted to show how it does look. Keep in mind that you are looking down the ~15 foot cabin side, and this is a huge improvement from what it was.
